NEED A PROFESSIONALLY WRITTEN CV TO GET YOU YOUR DREAM JOB OR LOOKING TO RECRUIT/HIRE?

Image
It is one thing to have your CV (Curriculum Vitae) written yet another thing to be called for an interview after which you land that desired job. Competition for jobs is fierce as we have more unemployed youths everyday. Of recent, a set of Youth Corpers passed out of the Nigerian Youth Service Corp (NYSC) adding to the already many unemployed youths in the country. To make things worse is the emergence of the COVID-19 (coronavirus) which crumbled so many businesses and economies all over the world making it difficult for people to have gainful employment. Due to the virus, so many also lost their jobs increasing the rate of unemployment all over the country and the world at large.  This has led to a reduction in youth employment and a decline in availability of job vacancies leading to a very fierce competition for a job search. In order to stand out from the hundreds of potential applicants, you would need a very powerful CV professionally written by sound professionals.  So man

PRAISE UNTIL SOMETHING HAPPENS (PUSH) : PART TWO

Image
WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU PRAISE GOD Pastor Olusegun and The High Flyers Crew Last week looked at what Praise is and how we give God praise. You can find  that here . Today we would be looking at what happens when we praise God.  We were created to give God pleasure though our praise irrespective  of what life throws at us. Whether things are going well for us or not, we ought to praise God at all times. Isaiah 43:21 says "These people have I formed for myself, they shall declare my praise." Psalm 150:6 says "Let everything that has breath, praise the Lord." The simple fact that we are alive and breathing in free oxygen, is enough reason to give God praise at all times.  HERE IS WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOU DECLARE GOD'S PRAISE 1. When you declare God's praise in songs, He steps into the situation just as He did for Paul and Silas in Acts 16:25-40 when they were imprisoned. As they gave God songs of praise in the middle of the night, the prison

PRAISE UNTIL SOMETHING HAPPENS (PUSH)

Image
It was a privilege to be part of the 5th edition of Praise Until Something Happens (PUSH) where I spoke on praise. It is easy to praise God when everything seems to be going well as planned, but once the ships go down and things begin to go haywire, the last thing that comes to mind is to praise God. There is also this set of people who only praise God when they are in need, making God a checkbook father. Once their heart's desires are granted, they forget God, not even thanksgiving proceeds from their mouths. Now, while thanksgiving is showing appreciation or gratitude to God for all He has done, Praise is acknowledging who God is. In praise, we acknowledge God's sovereignty,  His holiness, His beauty, His majesty, His excellency, His greatness etc. 1st Chronicles 16:25 says " For great is the Lord who is most worthy of praise. He is to be feared above all gods." That is why we call Him; The King of kings Lord of lords Ancient of day I am that I a

IF THE SITUATION DOESN'T CHANGE, IT CHANGES YOU

Image
We've all been through difficult moments in life and some of us are probably in turbulent times at the moment yet there are times we have prayed to God severally to change the situation and it seems God does not answer our prayers. It would seem all our prayers fall on deaf ears and the weight of the world is on our shoulders. The thing is, God does not change the difficult situations you are in because he wants those difficult moments to change you. These challenging times are necessary for us to go through so God works in and through us. The situation might not change but changes your heart instead. Whatever God starts, He finishes. He won't leave you halfway with the trying times. "And I am sure of this, that he who began a good work in you will bring it to completion at the day of Jesus Christ." (Philippians 1:6) In life, I have learnt to let go of things I can't change but trust them into the hands of God. The things I can change, I change cause I have
