Rivers State Deputy Governor Dr. (Mrs) Ipalibo Harry Banigo has felicitated with the National Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Prince Uche Secondus as he celebrates his Birthday today, 22nd March, 2018.
In a statement from the Government House in Port Harcourt Dr, Banigo described Prince Secondus as a detribalized, focused and a visionary leader who is poised to lead the PDP into victory in 2019.
While wising him many happy returns, Dr. Banigo prayed the Almighty God, to bless, guide, protect, and give Prince Uche Secondus the wisdom to carry on the onerous task of leading the greatest Political Party in the African continent.
