The Deputy Governor of Rivers State Dr. (Mrs.) Ipalibo Harry Banigo has described the State Chief Executive Nyesom Ezenwo Wike as an enigma who has continued to surprise his detractors, with his ever rising profile. RIVERS STAT GOVERNMENT TO REVIVE DENTAL MAXILLO - FACIA HOSPITAL

The Rivers State Government has again re-echoed its commitment to provide holistic quality health care services to the Rivers People.
