Recession is hitting so hard on people all over the world and as a result people get too serious with life leaving their sense of humour behind. Sometimes we just need a reminder to take life less seriously.

Laughing at a time when it seems nothing is working out fine can fix so many things. The problem might not be solved immediately but laughter gives you permission to correct mistakes with grace. If you can laugh at yourself, you get to experience less worries, less stress and better health.

Laughing at yourself allows you share a moment of happiness that originally came from absent mindedness, fear,embarrassment and even forgetfulness. Laughing at your flaws gives you an edge over your flaws and make bad moments bearable.

Life is tough, so lighten up and not make everything about you a life and death situation.
