Rivers State Deputy Governor Dr. Mrs. Ipalibo Harry Banigo has urged members of the Peoples Democratic Party Rivers West Senatorial District Executive Committee to stay united and ensure that the vision of Governor Nyesom Ezenwo Wike to transform Rivers State would be fully actualized.

Dr. Banigo stated this while playing host to members of the PDP Rivers West Senatorial District Executive Committee at the Government House in Port Harcourt on Monday 14th September, 2020.
“It is important that we stay united in Rivers West just as it is important for the whole PDP in Rivers State to be united, it is you who will steer the unity amongst us so that we will be able to achieve the vision of our able leader Governor Wike”. Dr. Banigo stressed.
The Deputy Governor expressed the need to reach out to the other people in the district who may have fallen one way or the other to the pranks of the enemy who she described as those who do not want the progress of Rivers State.
