Rivers State Deputy Governor Dr. (Mrs) Ipalibo Harry Banigo has felicitated with the National Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) Prince Uche Secondus on the occasion of his Birthday.
In a statement from Government House in Port Harcourt Dr. Banigo described the PDP National Chairman as a selfless and courageous Leader who is determined to end the Anti Democratic APC led Administration in the country.
The Deputy Governor, who prayed the Almighty God to guide, protect and bless Prince Uche Secondus, wished him many happy returns.
