Rivers State Deputy Governor Dr. (Mrs) Ipalibo Harry Banigo has felicitated with the Amayanabo of Kalabari His Royal Majesty, King Prof. TJT Princewill JP CFR, Amachree XI Amayanabo of Kalabari as he Celebrates his 89th Birthday.
In a statement from the Government House in Port Harcourt Dr. Banigo said the erudite Monarch who ascended the throne 17 years ago is not only the first Professor king in Rivers State but also the first Monarch in Rivers State to be decorated as a Commander of the Federal Republic.
According to Dr. Banigo Prof. Princewill during his days as a University Lecturer contributed immensely to the educational advancement of his students and prayed the Almighty God to continue to bless and keep the Amayanabo in good health.
