Competition for jobs is fierce as we have more unemployed youths everyday. Of recent, a set of Youth Corpers passed out of the Nigerian Youth Service Corp (NYSC) adding to the already many unemployed youths in the country. Due to the virus, so many also lost their jobs increasing the rate of unemployment all over the country and the world at large.  This has led to a reduction in youth employment and a decline in availability of job vacancies leading to a very fierce competition for a job search. THE PROVERBS 31 SINGLE LADY

Image
Proverbs 31 is one of my best and favorite chapter in the Bible. It is a chapter that is mostly associated or interpreted to be for married women and mothers only. This chapter is one chapter I love so much and love to emulate as a woman and I believe it does not just apply to married women but also applies to single ladies as well. In proverbs 31, we see a mother giving her son some advice on how to live his life. From verse 10-31 she speaks and advises him on the kind of woman he should take or have for a wife. Truly no woman would sit back and watch her son get married to any kind of woman so was King Lemuel's Mother who wanted her son Lemuel to marry a good wife. A woman first becomes a single before she gets married and at such the tenets of proverbs 31 must first be applied as a single lady before marriage. In fact, Lemuel's mother in admonishing her son was referring to a single lady. She wanted him to see the qualities of a virtuous woman in the woman he

THE INFLUENCE OF A WOMAN ON HER MAN

Image
Women have great abilities in influencing their world. They have the power to influence their homes and most especially their husbands positively. In genesis 2:18, God said " It is not good for the man to be alone; I will make an help meet for him". With this, the woman can either through her influence, help raise a man or bring him down. She is either a stepping stone to the man's greatness or a tool for his downfall. God created the woman to play a very pivotal role in the life of her husband. Both working wives and full time housewives play the help meet role in one way or the other. If the husband is the head of the house, where does the head rely on? Of cos the head relies on the neck and that's the beautiful role of the wife as the neck. The head has the eyes and the neck only turns the head to the direction of the eyes and this means submission. In the spirit of willing submission, comes influence. Yes! The woman can turn the neck to any direction but s

THE MULTIPLYING EFFECT OF A WOMAN FROM HER MAN

Image
Women are said to be moved by words and affection. How a man sees his wife, the way he speaks to her and the way he cherishes her always has an effect on her beauty from within and without. What you put in your wife, you get from her the multiplying effect. The acts of love from a man to his wife determines what she delivers. As a man, if you sow degrading words to your wife, humiliation, hatred, infidelity, unaffections and so on, you reap a bitter wife and a war zone home. A woman is a great multiplier of what ever a man dishes out to her. What ever you sow into her, you reap with time the multiplying effect. Myles Monroe (of blessed memory), once described the woman as an incubator. An incubator as we all know it, helps to give life. It makes mature a premature baby given to it and returns back to you a healthy beautiful baby( Multiplied effect). Therefore, according to late Myles Monroe, a woman incubates what ever she hears or sees and the resultant effect of what
