Rivers State Deputy Governor Dr. (Mrs.) Ipalibo Harry Banigo has felicitated with Mrs. Ibitoru Ofili as she celebrates the Diamond Jubilee of her birth.
In a statement from the Government House in Port Harcourt, Dr. Banigo described Mrs. Ofili as an epitome of beauty, brains and grace.
She said Toru Ofili is an illustrious daughter of the Ibani kingdom who has continued to make Ibani se’ proud by putting a touch of excellence in the discharge of her duties in public service over the years.
Dr. Banigo wished her God’s blessings in all her endeavours.
