Rivers State Deputy Governor Dr. (Mrs.) Ipalibo Harry Banigo has felicitated with State Chief Executive, Nyesom Ezenwo Wike as he celebrates his Birthday.
In a statement from the Government House in Port Harcourt Dr. Banigo said“Governor Wike is a patriotic Statesman who loves the Rivers People with a passion and is ready to defend the interest of Rivers State at a great personal risk.”
According to the Deputy Governor, Governor Wike has continued to make the Rivers People proud nationally and internationally through his purposeful leadership which has translated into an exponential increase in the socio-political and economic development of the State.
Dr. Banigo who wished Governor Wike many happy returns, prayed the Almighty God to continue to guide, protect and bless the Governor.
