The Deputy Governor of Rivers State Dr. Mrs. Ipalibo Harry Banigo has felicitated with The General Over Seer of the Deeper Life Bible Church Pastor William Folorunsho Kumiyi as he celebrates his 76th Birthday.

In a statement from Government House Port Harcourt Dr. Banigo described Pastor Kumiyi as a Colossus in Evangelism who according to her is one of the greatest exponents of holiness through his teachings which encourages Christians to exhibit Christ Like character in all circumstances.
According to her it is gratifying to note that Pastor Kumiyi left his exalted position as a Mathematics Lecturer in the University of Lagos to answer the call to win souls for Christ, stating that the Almighty God has been using him to depopulate hell and has increased heaven’s population over the years.
She prayed the Almighty God to continue to bless and strengthen him.
